We remember Patrice Lumumba especially now that the current Belgian King- at long last - issued a rather timid apology for the genocidal horrors inflicted by his ancestor Léopold II on the Congolese people, and later Belgian (as well as US and probably French) involvement in Lumumba's own murder...
