General Secretary of the Socialist Unity Party of the German Democratic Republic, Erich Honecker, meets US civil rights activist Angela Davis on September 11, 1972. During the meeting, he gave her an invitation to the 1973 World Festival of Youth and Students to be held in the GDR capital.
