THIS COMMEMORATIVE SET of five large and attractive postage stamps was issued in honor of the Twenty-second Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union held in October . The varicolored denominations, all of the same design, are inscribed "22nd Congress of the CPSU, 1961 " and bear the slogan " Forward to the Victory of Communism." They were printed in offset.
