V. I. Lenin, Demyan Bedny and F. Panfilov at the Congress of the RCP (b) Moscow, March 23 1919 -- Daily LIFT #908
The three were attending the Congress of the Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik). Bedny was a Russian poet and writer who died in 1945 mere days after writing a poem honouring the Soviet victory against the Nazis and Paniflov was also a poet and was a Ukrainian delegate to the congress.
