Over 500,000 rally for May Day in Havana

At least 500,000 rallied in Havana, Cuba today in celebration of International Workers' Day. People began assembling before dawn led by First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez and other members of the government and CC.
Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the PCC called it "a day of tribute, of commitment, and of revolutionary reaffirmation".
Historic leader of the Revolution Army General Raúl Castro Ruz was also in attendance.
This comes after 6,230,973 Cubans between April 19 until just a few hours ago gave their signature for the Homeland, for peace and sovereignty, and against the blockade, the energy siege, and war as part of the "My Signature for the Homeland" movement: The "My Signature for the Homeland" launched in Cuba
