The head of the Departamento de Atención al Sector Social of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), Rolando Yero Travieso, held discussions with Senator Humberto Sérgio Costa Lima, Secretary of International Relations of the Workers' Party of Brazil (PT).
Yero Travieso extended congratulations to the senator on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba for his recent appointment, emphasizing that this visit strengthens interparty relations and reaffirms the shared interest in enhancing and expanding exchanges. He also requested that the PCC's best wishes for success be conveyed to the new President of the PT for his election last July.
