This magnificent, large painting of Lenin in the days of the revolution was displayed in the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR from 1948 until the counter-revolution of 1989-1991 destroyed the Soviet Union.
Fedor Afanasyevich Samusev (1913-1985) was a member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR.
