The Communist Party of Swaziland (CPS) expresses its unwavering revolutionary solidarity with the people of Sudan who continue to face horrific war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
The CPS condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the ongoing massacres of unarmed civilians, the destruction of communities, and the deliberate targeting of social infrastructure by the RSF. These brutal acts, backed and financed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), constitute a clear assault on the sovereignty and dignity of the Sudanese people.
For more than three years, the Sudanese working people and youth have courageously resisted military rule, exploitation, and imperialist domination. Today, their struggle for democracy and social justice faces a counter-revolutionary war waged by mercenary forces determined to crush the people’s movement and preserve imperialist control over Sudan and the wider African region.
The CPS calls upon all progressive, democratic and anti-imperialist forces across the world to stand in firm solidarity with the people of Sudan. The international community must denounce and isolate the RSF and all those who fund or arm it, particularly the UAE, for their direct complicity in these atrocities.
The CPS further calls for:
Immediate humanitarian support for displaced and affected communities.
The unconditional release of all political prisoners.
The prosecution of those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The Communist Party of Swaziland stands firmly with the Sudanese people in their just struggle for peace, justice, national sovereignty, and the right to self-determination.
Victory to the people of Sudan!
Down with imperialist wars of aggression!
Long live international solidarity!
