May Day, Havana 1975 -- Daily LIFT #932
Solidarity with the people of Cuba under cruel and illegal US imperialist sanctions. Due to fuel shortages directly as a result of the blockade the traditional mass International Workers' Day celebrations in Havana this year have been scaled back to only local events and rallies. This is so that the fuel can be better used for everyday needs.
Just another example of the vicious reality of the US blockade, a blockade that has been condemned by virtually every other country in the world for decades. Remember that the next time any US politician or official talks about a "rules based international order".
