The First Secretary of the Party's Central Committee and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, along with Roberto Morales Ojeda, Member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization, arrived at the José Martí Memorial to sign a document symbolizing their clear support for the Bolivarian Revolution, Venezuela's legitimate President, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the Popular, Military, and Police Union.

They were also joined by the Commander of the Rebel Army, José Ramón Machado Ventura, members of the Secretariat and heads of Departments and Offices of the Central Committee.

Earlier, numerous cadres and workers from that party structure, the Palace of the Revolution, and the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers had gathered at this symbolic location to express their support for the Venezuelan people.

This process was marked by the powerful symbolism conveyed by Martí and the replica of Simón Bolívar's saber, which Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías presented to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
