From the original Soviet card (translated):

ZIS-154 (1947-1950) The first domestic wagon-type bus with a rear-mounted diesel engine, electric transmission and monocoque body. Engine capacity - 4650 cm9, power - 110 hp, length - 9.5 m, curb weight - 7940 kg, speed 65 km/h, seats: total - 60, for sitting - 34

Added research information:

This bus was manufactured immediately after the war at the Zavod imeni Stalina (ZIS) factory in Moscow. It was a version of buses licensed from the US manufacturer General Motors and was only manufactured for a short time as the license expired. It was replaced by the ZIS-155, a much simpler and lower-maintenance design that had a gasoline engine as opposed to the diesel of the 154.

Many of the buses were deployed in Minsk where they provided transit until the late 1950s.
